Black Rock Forest, Fall Hike
Hints of fall colors are beginning to show. The leaves will begin to change very soon. A recent hike was met with beautiful, clear skies. The Manhattan skyline was visible from Split Rock despite its 50 mile distance to the south. However, be aware of your surroundings if you venture out on your own. We saw two timber rattle snake enjoying the sun.
